we're hiring a growth intern.

we're Versaunt — versatile + savant. we build autonomous, self-learning AI agents that create, run, and optimize advertising for businesses across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon, with more platforms coming.

we just closed our pre-seed. now we're deploying it to build the team that helps us scale.

we don't hire often. so this is a rare one.

you'd be one of our first growth hires, working directly with me, Keylem Collier, and my cofounder Greg Steckel. no layers, no bureaucracy. you create it, post it, test it, learn from it, and help turn attention into customers.

what you'd be doing

you would own Versaunt's organic social presence.

TikTok. Instagram. LinkedIn. X/Twitter.

your job is simple: grow the pages, grow the audience, grow the reach, and help drive as many qualified conversions as possible through organic content.

this is not a “make a few Canva posts and call it marketing” role.

we want someone who understands internet attention, startup storytelling, founder-led content, AI, paid media, memes, short-form video, distribution, and how to turn raw ideas into content that people actually care about.

you'll be helping us build the entire organic growth engine from the ground up.

that means:

turning company updates, product launches, customer wins, founder stories, and internal thoughts into content

creating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

writing LinkedIn and X posts that make people stop scrolling

building content around AI, advertising, startups, growth, and the future of marketing

testing hooks, formats, scripts, thumbnails, captions, and posting times

tracking what works and doubling down fast

finding trends early and turning them into Versaunt-native content

helping us drive demos, waitlist signups, inbound interest, and customer conversations from organic reach

the hard part is not just posting.

the hard part is taste.

knowing what is boring. knowing what is sharp. knowing what feels native to each platform. knowing how to take one idea and turn it into ten pieces of content. knowing when to be educational, when to be funny, when to be bold, and when to sell.

we want someone who can think like a creator, move like a startup operator, and care about conversion like a growth marketer.

who we want

someone hungry. incredibly motivated, incredibly curious, and looking for a startup to throw themselves into.

we're open to current college students, recent grads, dropouts, creators, operators, and people who have already been building online.

what matters more than years on a resume is taste, speed, judgment, and obsession.

we especially want to hear from:

people who have grown social pages before

people who have created TikToks, Reels, Shorts, or LinkedIn posts that actually performed

people who understand founder-led content

people who are already posting online consistently

people who study brands, creators, startups, hooks, and distribution

people who can write clearly and think sharply

people who are not afraid to be on camera, behind the camera, or both

former founders, student builders, and creators who have tried things that did not work and learned

this is going to be hard.

we move fast, the bar is high, and the work is demanding. this is an early-stage startup, not a corporate internship where you wait around for assignments.

you will be expected to bring ideas, move quickly, test constantly, and take ownership.

we want people who want the grind.

the upside:

you'll get real ownership very early. your work will be public. your content will directly shape how people understand Versaunt. and if you're good, you'll have a real shot at becoming one of the core people who helped build our growth engine from zero.
