we’re Versaunt — versatile + savant.

Versaunt is the research lab behind GaaS — Growth as a Service.

our product, trygaas.com, is building autonomous, self-learning AI agents that help companies research markets, understand customers, create advertising, launch campaigns, and continuously improve how they grow.

we recently closed our pre-seed, and now we’re building the team around it.

we don’t hire often. this is one of those times.

we’re hiring two people to join us in person in Atlanta this September and help build the marketing engine behind GaaS from the ground up.

you’ll work directly with me, Keylem Collier, my cofounder Greg Steckel, and the rest of the early team.

no layers. no bureaucracy.

you’ll be close to the product, the founders, the customers, and everything we’re building.

what you’d be doing

this is a broad early-stage marketing role.

one day you might be filming a TikTok.

the next you might be helping launch a new product feature, writing a LinkedIn post, researching competitors, turning something we learned from a customer into content, helping produce a launch video, or figuring out why one piece of content performed 10x better than another.

you’ll help us figure out what great marketing for GaaS actually looks like.

that includes:

creating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

turning product updates, launches, customer wins, founder stories, research, and internal ideas into content

writing posts, scripts, hooks, captions, landing-page copy, and other marketing material

helping develop the voice and identity of GaaS online

researching competitors, creators, startups, trends, and emerging formats

helping plan and execute product launches

experimenting with new channels, formats, campaigns, and distribution strategies

shooting and editing content with the team

working with designers, motion designers, founders, and engineers to turn ideas into things people actually want to watch

tracking what performs and figuring out why

finding interesting things happening inside the company and turning them into stories

helping us build an audience around AI, advertising, startups, growth, and the future of marketing

and, ultimately, helping turn attention into users and customers.

the hard part is taste.

knowing what’s boring.

knowing what feels forced.

knowing what people will actually stop scrolling for.

knowing when something should be polished and when it should feel raw.

knowing the difference between marketing that looks good internally and marketing that actually works on the internet.

we want people who obsess over this stuff.

who we want

someone hungry, incredibly curious, and looking for a startup they can throw themselves into.

we’re open to college students, recent grads, dropouts, creators, former founders, operators, and people who have simply spent an unreasonable amount of time learning how the internet works.

years of experience matter a lot less to us than taste, speed, creativity, judgment, and proof that you can make things happen.

we especially want to hear from people who have:

grown a TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other social account

created videos or posts that actually performed

built their own audience online

made content for brands, startups, creators, or themselves

worked on product launches or startup marketing

strong instincts around internet culture and storytelling

experience filming, editing, writing, designing, or some combination of the above

a portfolio of things they’ve actually made

started projects that failed and learned something from them

this is going to be hard.

we move fast.

the bar is high.

this is an early-stage startup, not a corporate internship where you wait around for someone to give you an assignment.

you’ll be expected to bring ideas.

you’ll make things that flop.

you’ll make something else the next day.

you’ll have real responsibility, and your work will be public.

we want people who want that.

the upside

you’ll join extremely early.

you’ll work directly with the founders.

you’ll get exposure to product, AI, advertising, startups, creative, growth, and company building all at once.

and if you’re exceptional, there’s an opportunity to become one of the people who helped define how GaaS was introduced to the world.

logistics

we’re hiring two marketing interns

starting early September 2026

100% in person in Atlanta, Georgia

not hybrid.

not remote.

we work out of Midtown Atlanta, Georgia Tech, the Biltmore, the GT HackerHouse, and Atlantic Station.

if you don’t live in Atlanta or aren’t prepared to be here in person, please don’t apply.

we occasionally do team retreats where we travel somewhere for about a week and build together — places like San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Tampa.

how to apply

you can apply directly through LinkedIn.

you can also email me at kane@versaunt.com or message me directly on LinkedIn.

send me:

  • links to TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other accounts you’ve grown or worked on
  • links to videos, posts, campaigns, designs, or other content you’ve personally made
  • a short note telling me why you want to work with us
  • one marketing or content idea you would try for GaaS

don’t worry about making the application overly formal.

show me what you’ve made.

  • that matters a lot more.
