we’re hiring two social media marketing interns.

we’re looking for people who want to make content all day.

not performance marketers.

not media buyers.

not someone who wants to sit in spreadsheets optimizing CAC.

we want creators.

people who are comfortable pulling out an iPhone, pointing a camera at something interesting happening inside the company, and turning it into content for TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

we’re Versaunt — the research lab behind GaaS, Growth as a Service.

our product, trygaas.com, is building autonomous AI systems for advertising and growth.

we recently closed our pre-seed and we’re building the company from Atlanta.

now we want two people around us every day helping document it.

what you’d actually be doing

you’ll be embedded with the founders and the team.

you’ll document what it looks like to build an AI startup from the ground up.

launches.

customer meetings.

product updates.

late nights.

wins.

things breaking.

new hires.

random founder conversations.

experiments.

behind-the-scenes moments.

and everything else that happens while we’re trying to build this company.

your job is to recognize the moments worth capturing and turn them into content.

$16/hr + performance bonuses based on the organic reach of the content you help create. If the content wins, you get paid more.

that means:

shooting lots of short-form content on your phone

creating TikToks, Reels, Shorts, and social clips

documenting the founder journey

coming up with content ideas and hooks

interviewing founders and team members

turning everyday startup moments into stories

posting and distributing content across our social channels

watching what performs and making more of it

following trends and adapting them to our brand

helping us build recurring content series

occasionally writing simple posts or captions for LinkedIn and X

being comfortable appearing in content when it makes sense

you do not need to be an insane video editor.

if you can use CapCut, understand pacing, add captions, make simple cuts, use trending sounds, and turn raw footage into something people actually want to watch, that’s enough.

we care much more about taste, creativity, speed, personality, and understanding the internet.

the camera should not scare you.

posting should not scare you.

making five pieces of content in a day instead of spending five days perfecting one should not scare you.

who we want

someone who already lives on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, or all of them.

someone who naturally notices good hooks.

someone who knows why one video feels native and another feels like an advertisement.

someone who can walk into the office, see something interesting happening, pull out their phone, and start filming.

college students, recent grads, creators, aspiring creators, and people already running their own accounts are all welcome.

we especially want people who:

have grown a social account before

have made TikToks, Reels, Shorts, or other short-form content

have examples of content they’ve personally filmed

understand CapCut or similar editing tools

follow internet culture and trends closely

are comfortable talking to people and asking questions

can move fast without needing constant direction

want to learn what building a venture-backed startup actually looks like from inside the room

this is not a traditional internship.

you’re going to be around the founders constantly.

you’ll hear the conversations.

you’ll see the decisions.

you’ll watch the company change.

and part of your job is figuring out how to turn that journey into something people want to follow.

we want to build an audience that feels like they’re building GaaS alongside us.

logistics

we’re hiring two social media marketing interns.

starting early September 2026.

100% in person in Midtown Atlanta.

not remote.

not hybrid.

we work around Georgia Tech, the Biltmore, the GT Hacker House, and Atlantic Station.

if you aren’t in Atlanta or prepared to be here in person, please don’t apply.

how to apply

apply here on LinkedIn, message me directly, or email kane@versaunt.com.

send me:

  • links to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, or other accounts you’ve worked on
  • links to content you’ve personally filmed or created
  • anything you’ve grown from zero
  • a short note on why this role interests you

you do not need a polished resume.

I’d rather see five videos you made than five years of marketing experience.

  • if you spend half your life on the internet and think you could help make ours interesting, reach out.
