Acclinate Inc. Community Growth Marketing Manager Remote · Full time

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for B2C channel strategy, creative testing, and campaign performance across organic and paid channels. We are at a pivotal point in our company’s growth, and optimizing our digital and online efforts is crucial. This role will have the opportunity to shape and enhance Acclinate's online footprint and community growth engine through project specific and general advertising.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid media, SEM, influencer, and lifecycle marketing efforts to grow the NOWINCLUDED community.
  • Conceptualize integrated campaigns and collaborate with internal creative and community team members to produce award-winning results
  • Refine creative testing process to hone more effective marketing messages and develop insights on audience behavior
  • Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
  • Manage project advertising budgets (working with project management) to ensure ads are within budget and effective
  • Stay on top of and review new digital trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the community health spaces

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a DTC growth marketer, preferably in healthcare or a purpose-driven company
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social, display, SEM, influencer, and affiliates)
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta, Google, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • A native understanding of paid search and paid social measurement and valuation
  • In-depth understanding of marketing KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt the brand voice to different platforms and target audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box and suggest new strategies
  • Doer mindset – we’re a startup looking for multipliers

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Startup or agency experience

Salary

$75,000 - $80,000 per year
