Acclinate seeks a highly motivated Content Automation Coordinator to join our growing Community Operations team and expand the reach and impact of NOWINCLUDED. In this role, you will implement tools and processes to automate content production and distribution to grow and engage the NOWINCLUDED community. In this exciting opportunity, you will innovate ways to directly support the team’s goal of educating and empowering over 1 million community members.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage automated workflows for content creation, approval, and publishing.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools to ensure timely delivery of content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, through automated pipelines.
  • Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to fine-tune automations.
  • Track and regularly report on metrics across NOWINCLUDED's omnichannel platform to senior management.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of assets.
  • Develop content that can include, but not limited to, social copywriting, gamification copy, listicles, quizzes, and community health challenges.

Qualifications:

  • One or more years of relevant experience
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Openness to learning new platforms
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes
  • Beginner proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Buffer, HubSpot), AI content tools (e.g., Gemini), and marketing platforms
  • Experience in FB and X ads manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and WordPress is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels
