Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Acclinate's goals, integrating user feedback, community feedback, and market trends into the product roadmap.

● Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, user needs, and resources.

● Partner with engineering and design teams to define requirements, ensure seamless implementation, and deliver high-quality features that improve platform usability and engagement.

● Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, launch, and post-release optimization.

● Collaborate with stakeholders across development, marketing, and community teams to align product delivery with organizational objectives.

● Leverage user feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance platform performance and user satisfaction.

● Ensure product development adheres to industry best practices, with a focus on performance, and accessibility throughout the development and deployment processes.

● Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, leveraging insights to innovate and future-proof Acclinate’s platforms.

● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including feature specifications, and system workflows.

● Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

● 3-5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products.

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field required.

● Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Miro,Productboard, Aha, ClickUp) and experience working in Agile development environments

● Strong understanding of web technologies and modern CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow, as well as experience integrating third-party tools.

● Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.

● Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience managing trade-offs that align decisions with business objectives.

● Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

● Experience in healthcare or life sciences industries.

● Understanding of healthcare data standards and systems (e.g., EHRs).

● Knowledgeable in current security practices and compliance standards relevant to healthcare, such as HIPAA.

● Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, agile environment.
