Roles and Responsibilities

You will work within the Data Unit to

• Outline efficient data management protocols
• Develop and maintain data insight tools
• Create meaningful AI/ML models of health-related behavior
• Data cleaning and data mining as needed

You will work with our key stakeholders to

• Visualize data for business proposals and other deliverables

You will work with Quality Assurance personnel to

• Apply privacy and security principles whenever possible

You will work with the Community and Medical personnel to

• Develop community surveys and survey data collection practices

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a degree in data science, computer science, public health, artificial intelligence, or other related fields.
• Passion for solving public health inequities and biases in health data analytics
• Experience with research, literature review, and statistics
• Self-starter; resourceful problem solver; team player; comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong grasp of data governance, quality assurance, and compliance standards
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and Python

Highly Desirable Qualifications

• Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, HITECH, and HITRUST
• Understanding of cybersecurity, information systems, and cloud computing platforms
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and/or Power BI
