Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing for Customer Projects: Plan, build, and execute marketing strategies tailored to each client project, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Own the strategy, placement, and performance analysis of digital media campaigns, including social, search, programmatic, and display.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign results, generate insights, and optimize based on performance indicators such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the marketing point person on cross-functional client teams. Work closely with client services, research, community engagement, and creative to bring marketing strategies to life.
- Audience & Message Development: Translate project goals into effective messaging strategies, leveraging community insights, cultural fluency, and storytelling.
- Project Management: Maintain timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
- Reporting: Deliver regular campaign reports with key findings, learnings, and recommendations.
- Process Building: Help develop repeatable systems and playbooks to improve execution speed and consistency.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in marketing, ideally in a digital-first, performance-focused role
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with measurable results
- Working knowledge of HubSpot is required, including list segmentation, email workflows, and reporting
- Certifications updated in Google Ads Suite, Hubspot and Meta within last 6 months
- Strong understanding of KPIs, audience segmentation, and media buying across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms
- Comfortable interpreting analytics to drive decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A “builder” mindset — proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes
- Experience working with or in agencies, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
Preferred
- Experience working on B2B and B2C campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Asana or similar project management platforms
- Experience in community health, public health campaigns, or pharmaceutical marketing
