As Brand Experience Director, you will architect and lead immersive brand experiences—both digital and in-person—that elevate Acclinate’s presence and deepen emotional connections with our community and stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Marketing with a dotted line to the Head of Community, you will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns and brand initiatives that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic brand experience roadmap in alignment with Acclinate’s brand vision and marketing goals.
- Oversee the design and execution of community activations, campaigns, events, and digital experiences that bring the brand to life.
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives and experiential specialists.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, community, and product teams to ensure unified messaging and audience engagement.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiation, and delivery oversight.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and campaign KPIs—providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all audience touchpoints.
- Identify emerging trends and creative opportunities that enhance our community and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, or brand strategy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns, events, or immersive experiences.
- Conceptual and creative thinker who can develop innovative approaches for engaging community members
- Expert understanding of design tools like the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Superior organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with creative and product vendors
- Cultural sensitivity to appropriate language and imagery
- Experience growing an engaged community
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Comfort navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data to optimize campaign results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mission-driven or health equity-focused organizations.
- Familiarity with both B2B and community-facing marketing approaches.
- Knowledge of digital experience tools and technologies (AR/VR, interactive content, etc.).

Salary
$75,000 - $95,000 per year
