Acclinate, a healthcare technology company focused on improving health equity through inclusive research, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and providing efficient support to our team.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to Acclinate team members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members
  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and databases
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Handle travel arrangements for team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role required
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinical research environment preferred but not required
