Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting new customers and managing business within targeted accounts. You will play a pivotal role in advocating Acerta-based solutions, translating customer needs into new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Align sales efforts with Acerta’s strategic goals by developing new and existing opportunities to generate future revenue.
  • Pipeline Management: Execute pipeline management to ensure continued growth at Acerta.
  • Voice of the Customer: Articulate customer needs to the internal Acerta team effectively.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate key relationships with assigned accounts, managing stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ethical Role Model: Demonstrate exemplary ethical behavior and serve as a role model for Acerta company values.
  • Meet Quotas and Targets: Achieve sales quotas and growth targets by closing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Data Management: Utilize Acerta’s sales tools to capture and leverage customer data, ensuring data management aligns with the company’s Salesforce policies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to bring in new business opportunities.
  • Overcome Technical Barriers: Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams to identify and overcome technical barriers to success.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing business in the Account Executive role.
  • Strategic Selling: Strong ability to sell to strategic customers from a key account manager perspective.
  • Management Levels: Effective at working with all levels of management, from C-suite to shop floor.
  • Key Account Management: Proven success in managing accounts across multiple geographies and locations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Enthusiasm: Passionate and enthusiastic about driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Educational Background: BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
