Role Description:

This is a fractional contract to hire remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Activated Scale in the United States. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, qualifying leads, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Get meetings with Seed, Series A and Series B startup founders
  • Prospect each day using email, phone, and LinkedIn

Must Have Skills/ Experience: Please don't apply otherwise

  • Past experience selling services
  • Must have atleast 2 years SDR experience
  • You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and do what it takes to get a qualified meeting
  • Solid work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously
  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company that's grown 80% YOY
  • Past Founding SDR experience is a HUGE PLUS
  • Past experience selling to startups is a HUGE PLUS

Minimum Daily Metrics: Please don't apply otherwise

  • Daily cold calls - 75 cold calls per day
  • Daily cold emails - 100 cold emails to new prospects per day
  • LinkedIn - 100 new connections requests each week and 200 new messages each week including voice notes
  • Number of meetings held each week: 8 new meetings held

Compensation:

Base Pay: $3,000 to $3,500 per month for 20 hours each week + Commission on a 1099. At 3 months, this will become a full-time role on a 1099 at which time the base monthly pay will be $5,000 to $6,000 + Commission. Below is the monthly commission structure:

Monthly Commission Structure:

  • 0-5 meetings: $0
  • 6-10 meetings: $75 per meeting
  • 11-15 meetings: $100 per meeting
  • 16-20 meetings: $125 per meeting
  • 21+ meetings: $150 per meeting
