Sales Development Representative

- 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales or SDR role
- Previous sales experience in early-stage fintech companies, OR experience working at a bank/investment bank
- Familiarity with community banks or similar financial institutions
- Familiarity with credit modeling and underwriting
- Cold Outreach - Emails, Phone, LinkedIn
This will be this company's first dedicated Sales Development Representative hire, so the role requires a high degree of autonomy.
Primary Focus for this role:
- Outbound outreach to community and regional banks for Slope’s newer credit infrastructure product
- Targeting institutions that are less tech-forward but interested in automating or improving their credit decision workflows
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conducting cold outreach through emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn. Lots of out bounding
- Iterating on messaging, targeting, and sales approach as the product and customer base evolve
- Working in an unstructured, fast-changing environment where the product and processes are still being developed

Compensation:
- Salary: $75k - $100k
- Equity: $10k-$15k equity grant over 4 years
