Activated Scale connects companies with vetted and experienced U.S.-based VPs of Sales and AEs who can be hired fractionally or full-time. Activated Scale enables businesses, especially technical founders and investors, to quickly bring products to market and drive growth.

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and placing high-performing sales professionals, from Account Executives to Sales Leadership, into full-time positions with our diverse portfolio of startup clients. This is a high-volume role that requires a strategic mindset, a robust network, and a deep understanding of the sales landscape within the startup ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier sales talent through a variety of channels, including your existing network, recruitment tools, referrals, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Startup Sales hiring: Specialize in recruiting for early-stage and growth-stage startups, understanding their unique needs, culture, and compensation structures.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly assess candidates' sales acumen, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Network Leverage: Effectively leverage your existing network of sales professionals to generate leads and referrals.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future openings.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle Sales recruitment experience
  • Past experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing high-volume sales candidates. At anytime, you will work on 5-8 positions at one time
  • An existing, robust network of sales professionals that you can tap into immediately.

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time 40 hours per week contract to hire job.
  • This pays an hourly rate, commission and bonuses
  • This pays $35/hour
  • Commission is uncapped. You will get a percentage of our cut as follows:
  • 20% of our cut if a candidate is hired within 1 month of a new job requisition
  • 12% of our cut if a candidate is hired in Month 2 of a new job requisition
  • 10% of our cut if a candidate is hired from Month 3 onwards
