- Prior AE experience at a high-growth early stage startup
- 3-5 days a week in person in their newly-launched loft office in North Beach
- Experience at data/ML companies
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, Head of AI)
- Full-cycle sales experience (pipeline generation through close). Comfortable working outbound and navigating mid-market and enterprise ACV ranges
- Familiarity with the technical buyer or AI/ML tooling space
About this role
You'll be one of the first quota-carriers and SF employees at one of the fastest growing AI tooling startups, reporting to our Head of Sales & working alongside the co-founders and leadership team.
You’ll be the engine for our revenue growth, learning how to take a product to market and scale to $millions in ARR by actually doing it.
You'll navigate complex sales cycles with the world's leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses (from fast growing startups to Fortune 500s teams).
You'll be closing deals with the co-founders, CTOs, and Heads of AI at leading AI native scale-ups and enterprise companies
You will build and manage your sales pipeline and close deals, as we expand our ideal customer profile & find successes in new sectors and geographies... hopefully you'll manage a geography/sector/team in the next 12 months.
You'll build and maintain close relationships across product, engineering, and customer success, giving feedback gathered from the front line, helping steer our roadmap, & experiencing first-hand how great products & great businesses are built.
About The Company
The company was started by former quants, physicists and computer scientists. They experienced firsthand how the lack of purpose-built tooling and infrastructure was impeding the progress of building practical AI applications. AI felt to us like what the early days of computing or the internet must have felt like, where the potential of the technology was clear, but the tools and processes surrounding it left much to be desired.
From first starting the company, they believed there must be a better way to making AI development practical. Their team includes engineers, operators, and creatives from some of the largest technology companies on the planet, PhDs, and world-class alumni from Meta, DRW, Goldman Sachs, Tessian, Twilio, Microsoft, J.P. Morgan, and more.
They are backed by some of the AI leaders in the space including CRV, YC, top industry executives, and other leading Bay Area investors.
Compensation:
- $230k - $300k
- Equity 0.02-0.05%
