About the role:

They are looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Manager who will spearhead the design, execution, and enhancement of training initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will craft onboarding programs and measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts to optimize team performance.

Must haves (please don't apply otherwise):

• 2 - 5 years of experience enablement OR field-facing experience (AE/CSM backgrounds acceptable) in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
• Ideally Series A-E startup experience.
• Learning Management System (LMS) competency required (SkillJar experience plus)
• Content creation and program development experience (playbooks, training materials)
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills (must demo in case study)

Hybrid work policy:

They have a hybrid company with a 4-day in-office expectation each week. There aren’t set days — you have the flexibility to choose which 4 days work best for you.

Compensation:

Base: $150,000 - $190,000
