About the role:
As a foundational member of the go-to-market team, you'll work directly with the CEO, Head of Sales (Brand), and VP of Creator Strategy to scale their enterprise and mid-market advertisers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be on the ground floor of a generational platform redefining
advertising and creator monetization. You will have immense responsibility and deep involvement in the campaign success of some of the world’s leading brands and creators.

Their AI-native platform is transforming the entire creator ad buying process— seamlessly delivering performant, scalable, and authentic creator-led marketing.
Their platform removes the friction of traditional sponsorships, compressing weeks of manual work into seconds.
Must haves (Please don't apply otherwise):
- 8 - 15 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Director or Client Partner in digital ad sales and in a startup environment. Not looking for pure account manager experience/background
- Digital ad sales experience at ad/media startups or scaled but nimble orgs where you have built or scaled functions (e.g., 0 → 1 teams at startups or new business units at large orgs).
- Experience selling to brands, media buyers and performance marketers at mid-market companies, large enterprises, and agencies directly - NOT via agencies
Compensation:
- Base: $140,000 to $160,000
- OTE: $250,000 - $325,000
Location:
- In-person 5 days/week in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC
