• Previous experience in owning processes, training, hiring, and strategy deployment
• Previous startup experience
• Must be able to demonstrate techniques and conduct A/B testing
• In-person in San Francisco, CA 5 days a week
• Understanding that the team is highly dedicated, with a shared understanding that commitment to our vision may extend beyond the standard 9-5.

Compensation:

Salary: $100k - $200k

Equity: 0.01% - 0.5%
