This is a remote role but you must be located in the East Coast

About the role:

  • Actively hunt, find, and connect with potential customers across the US.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from the first email to signing the deal.
  • Understand client challenges and create tailored solutions using our AI technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, always staying a step ahead of targets.
  • Help refine and iterate on our sales strategy as we grow.
  • ICPs: Technical senior execs (e.g., CEO / CTO/ CIO) + customer experience organizations
  • Avg. deal size: Mid five figures, with substantial $100-300k deals in pipeline

Must haves:

  • Experience working at high-growth enterprise software startups (Series A and above)
  • Experience selling technical products (e.g., APIs) to senior clients (e.g., CEO / CIO / CTO)
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers ($100k+ ACV)
  • Experience selling into customer experience organizations across healthcare / insurance / financial services with call centers

Compensation:

  • Base: $100,000 to $160,000
  • OTE up to $320,000
