About the role:
- Actively hunt, find, and connect with potential customers across the US.
- Own the full sales cycle—from the first email to signing the deal.
- Understand client challenges and create tailored solutions using our AI technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, always staying a step ahead of targets.
- Help refine and iterate on our sales strategy as we grow.
- ICPs: Technical senior execs (e.g., CEO / CTO/ CIO) + customer experience organizations
- Avg. deal size: Mid five figures, with substantial $100-300k deals in pipeline

Must haves:
- Experience working at high-growth enterprise software startups (Series A and above)
- Experience selling technical products (e.g., APIs) to senior clients (e.g., CEO / CIO / CTO)
- Experience selling to enterprise customers ($100k+ ACV)
- Experience selling into customer experience organizations across healthcare / insurance / financial services with call centers
Compensation:
- Base: $100,000 to $160,000
- OTE up to $320,000
