Enterprise Account Executive

This is a inperson role 5X days per week in San Francisco or in New York
About the role:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on building long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Serve as the technical and sales expert in discussions with potential clients, demonstrating understanding of their platform and value proposition in the software development lifecycle.
- Educate and guide clients through the technical and practical aspects of implementing AI-driven development tools, addressing any concerns and showcasing the potential ROI.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience in sales with most recent experience as an Enterprise Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience selling highly technical products meant for engineering teams (e.g., devtools, coding assistants)
- Worked at a B2B SaaS company in growth mode (e.g., Series A - B)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven sales environment, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
- Exceptional technical aptitude, capable of quickly learning new technologies and articulating complex solutions in a straightforward manner.
- Prior experience as a sales engineer or in a role requiring deep product demonstrations and technical discussions is highly desirable.

Compensation:
- $135,000 - $185,000
- OTE: $270,000 - $370,000 | OTE includes commissions, which will be uncapped.
