- 4+ years of sales experience, working their way up the sales ladder to a leadership AE position
- 4+ years of experience working with recruiting or HR tech - NOT IN TALENT - MUST BE AE OR SALES ROLE
- Experience working at a startup in a CLOSING ROLE
- Experience closing enterprise software deals of 6 figures
- Full-cycle sales: Source leads, conduct demos, navigate procurement, negotiate, and close deals.
- Ability to monitor and report on revenue generation, and adjust our data-driven sales strategies based on market reaction.
- Experience owning the CRM: updating and logging customer interactions, and configuring their current setup to match the needs of the company.
- Must be willing to work On-site 5 days a week in San Francisco, CA.
Compensation:
Salary: 75k - $150k.
