Enterprise Account Executive
Activated Scale
This is a Hybrid role in San Francisco. But, you must be able to be in-person few days/week and attend events in SF
They have a strong bottoms-up developer-focused GTM motion. To compliment, our client is building out their early sales team. Our client is hiring their first two Enterprise AEs to scale revenue from $20M+ ARR to the next level. You'll own high-value deals with tech leaders at fast-growing companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Cursor while building their enterprise sales motion from the ground up
Compensation:
- Base: $150,000 - $175,000
- OTE: $300,000 - $350,000
Must haves:
- Technical buyer sales - selling B2B SaaS to heads of engineering, CTOs, or core engineering teams
- Enterprise sales experience - managed 6-7 figure deal cycles in tech/digital native companies
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions like SSO, directory sync, or audit logs
- Technical acumen - deep understanding of APIs, authentication, and enterprise integrations
- Enterprise sales methodology - consultative selling to technical decision makers and experience with complex contract negotiation process
