About the role:
Our client is looking for an Account Executive to research, identify, and acquire new clients through self-generated leads and establishing active partnerships on a local and national level. You will work with the sales leaders and team members across the organization to deliver on our mission of making finance frictionless for organizations by promoting and implementing our client's differentiated technology to mid-market clients.
Unlike competitors like Brex and Ramp where customers need multiple vendors, our client provides everything from banking to expense management in one platform that scales from startup to enterprise.
Must have:
- Past experience in Fintech
- 3-4 years as an AE. Please don't apply if you have more experience
- Must have sold to VC backed startup founders
Compensation:
- Base: $80,000 + uncapped commissions
- OTE: $140,000
- Their lowest performers hit quota while top performers exceed by 300-500%. Commission accelerates after 120% quota attainment with no ceiling.
