About the role:

Our client is looking for a Go-To-Market Leader to own the growth of their San Francisco office. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of revenue, relationships, and rigor. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives, driving revenue growth across the region, and rolling up your sleeves to win strategic deals, build partnerships, and represent us in the market.

The ideal candidate is equal parts dealmaker, motivator, and operator. You can lead a high-performing team while also showing up in the field—whether at a founder event, on a customer call, or alongside a partner. You’re energized by owning a number, building a book of business, and being the person who makes things happen. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front and be our GTM anchor in one of the most important startup ecosystems in the world.

Must haves:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year of management experience
  • Recent experience at a startup (no more than 500 employees).
  • 1 year of managing a sales team (of at least 5 reports)

Compensation:

  • Base: $150,000
  • OTE: $250,000
