Our client helps value-based organizations succeed in dementia care by enabling the most untapped asset in healthcare: the family caregiver.
As a CMS GUIDE participant, our client delivers a turnkey, tech-enabled solution that empowers caregivers to manage dementia in the home, improve outcomes, and reduce cost of care—without adding burden to providers.
They handle everything: identifying eligible patients, enrolling and activating caregivers, delivering personalized support and education, and managing CMS billing—so their partners can focus on what they do best.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to eligible family caregivers (they provide the leads)
- Use your communication skills to explain their free caregiver support program
- Listen with empathy, identify caregiver needs, and guide them toward enrollment
- Track your outreach efforts in our CRM system (they’ll train you)
- Collaborate with their coaching and engagement team as needed
- Provide feedback on what’s working and how we can improve
- Stay compliant with all HIPAA and privacy regulations
Compensation:
- This is a non-exempt hourly position for 40 hours per week
- The hourly rate is between $20 and $22 per hour
Must have:
- Strong personal connection to dementia and/or caregiving –demonstrated empathy to the user and highly mission driven is a hard non-starter
- Previous experience cold calling and being persuasive over the phone
