This is an in-person role based in Toronto, Canada. The office is located in downtown Toronto, near St. Patrick's Station or Osgoode Station (Richmond and Simcoe), on the yellow subway line. Candidates must be willing to float Canadian holidays to other days when they don’t align with US holidays, as support operates on a US schedule due to the customer base being in the United States.

About the job:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our users — supporting them with speed, clarity, and empathy. From onboarding to navigating transactions, you’ll help customers feel confident using our platform and ensure they get the most value out of their experience. You will deliver high-quality support across core channels, primarily live chat and email, handling 20-30 chat queries per day and 5-15 calls per week. You will troubleshoot product issues, guide users through banking-related topics (onboarding, account setup, ACH/wire transfers, transaction troubleshooting), and work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams as needed.

Must haves:

-2+ years of experience in a customer support or customer experience role.

-Visible slope and career progression

- Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or equivalent tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).

- Willingness to float Canadian holidays to align with US holidays.

- Must be able to work in-person in Toronto.

Compensation
