About the position:
This is not a traditional training role or a transactional sales job. You’ll be supported by a proven methodology, world-class intellectual property, and a collaborative team that invests deeply in your success. This position is hybrid, with at least three days in the office or at client sites, putting you at the center of the action, where ideas move faster, relationships build stronger, and your impact is visible in real time.
What you will do:
1. Drive Revenue:
- Generate business through your network and outreach
- Partner with Senior Learning Consultants on enterprise client opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with mid-to-senior level leaders
- Draft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs
- Expand and grow existing client relationships over time
- Travel up to 25% to client locations to build business and deliver programs
2.Deliver high Impact Solutions
- Design and facilitate engaging, skills-based learning experiences
- Coach executives and senior leaders one-on-one
- Lead dynamic group sessions that connect directly to real business challenges
You must have:
- 6+ years of corporate professional sales experience, ideally with business development or consultative sales responsibility
- A strong track record of selling services and solutions
- A strong ability to engage senior leaders and influence decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A persuasive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Detail-focus, project management, and organizational skills
- A bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
Compensation:
- Base salary: $80-$105K (based on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses: In year one, based on sales activity, sales goals and certification metrics
- Quarterly commission: Uncapped, generous, tiered commission structure tied to meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Additional incentives: Profit sharing and potential for annual bonuses
