Ada IQ stands at the forefront of the AI revolution in product design, merging cutting-edge technology with practical application to redefine how consumer products are developed. This is an early-stage opportunity with equity as a major compensation component, offering the chance to shape Ada IQ's technical vision from the ground up.

Role Overview

As CTO, you’ll be more than just the technical leader—you’ll be a co-founder. This role is for someone with the vision to architect a world-class AI-driven product and the hands-on expertise to build the foundation. You’ll work closely with our CEO to define the company's technical roadmap, recruit a high-performing team, and forge critical partnerships in the CAD and design industry. Your leadership will shape the AI ecosystem we're creating.



Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of top-tier engineers, AI experts, and data scientists.
• Design and oversee the technical architecture of Ada IQ’s product and platform, ensuring scalability and security.
• Drive strategic partnerships with industry players, expanding Ada IQ’s footprint.
• Roll up your sleeves in the early days to help with coding, architecture, and system design.
• Lead the entire development cycle—from initial concept through to implementation.
• Align technical initiatives with the company's broader strategic goals, working closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, etc.) in a high-growth tech environment.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, and product design applications.
• Experience building and scaling complex systems with an eye on security and reliability.
• A leader who can inspire and develop a technical team while also being hands-on when necessary.
• Strong relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Deep understanding of the CAD and design software landscape is a plus.
