Ada IQ is reshaping how consumer products are imagined, validated, and launched—using AI. Born out of Northeastern and the University of Michigan, we’ve published 10+ papers, filed 4 patents, and secured over $1.25M in non-dilutive funding. Backed by Techstars Boston, we’re building a category-defining platform at the intersection of AI, CAD, and product development.

We’re now hiring a technical co-founder to join as CTO and lead our technical strategy, execution, and team building.

You’re not just writing code—you’re building a company. As our Founding CTO, you’ll:

• Architect and own Ada IQ’s core product and tech stack.
• Lead development of our AI-powered design and validation platform.
• Recruit and manage a high-performing team of engineers, ML researchers, and designers.
• Roll up your sleeves: prototype, model, build early infrastructure, and launch.
• Work closely with the CEO on product-market fit, pilots, and roadmap.
• Shape integrations with CAD, PLM, and digital design ecosystems.

• Have led technical development for a startup, ideally from 0→1.
• Are fluent in AI/ML and passionate about generative tools or design systems.
• Can code and build now, then scale later.
• Want to own the architecture, data strategy, and technical decision-making.
• Are excited to co-create a platform that transforms how physical products are designed.
