Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization, to achieve KPIs (e.g., clicks, conversions, ROI).
  • Create audience segmentation strategies to target high-value customers effectively.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, ad placements, and creative to enhance performance.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign outcomes.
Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work with content, design, and development teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social platform analytics to track and measure success.
Industry Knowledge & Innovation:
  • Stay updated on trends and changes in paid media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Explore emerging paid media channels and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Strong expertise in audience targeting, bid strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar for keyword and competitor analysis.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for troubleshooting ad tags or tracking codes.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
