- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Landing Page Optimization:
- Collaborate with web and design teams to create and optimize landing pages.

- Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities to refine SEM strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.
- Team Leadership (if applicable):
- Mentor and guide junior SEM specialists.
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, and design teams.
- Proficiency in SEM platforms: Google Ads (certification preferred), Bing Ads, etc.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other reporting software.
- Expertise in bid management, keyword research, and ad optimization.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or lead generation strategies (depending on industry focus).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in SEM or PPC management.
- Google Ads or Microsoft Ads certifications (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (a plus for landing page tweaks).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
