We’re scaling fast — and we’re looking for a full-stack technical recruiter who lives and breathes AI talent, speaks engineering fluently, and knows how to close top-tier devs, hackers, and builders.
🧲 The Role – Technical Recruiter for Elite AI Team
As our first in-house Technical Recruiter, you’ll build the foundation of our AI engineering org by identifying, engaging, and closing world-class talent — from full-stack agent builders to LLM researchers to product-minded infra engineers.
You’re not just sourcing resumes — you’re headhunting AI hackers, reviewing GitHub profiles, crafting custom outreach, and selling the mission of building multi-agent autonomous systems.
🧠 What You’ll Own
🔎 Source & Hunt Talent – Actively seek out exceptional engineers (full-stack, infra, LLM, multi-agent) via GitHub, Discord, Hacker News, Twitter, and non-traditional channels.
📬 Craft Personalized Outreach – Write crisp, compelling messages that grab attention and reflect our engineering culture.
👩💻 Run Technical Screens – Partner with engineers to refine rubrics, screen projects, and review open-source contributions.
📈 Build a Recruiting Engine – Design and optimize a hiring funnel that is fast, async-friendly, and high-conviction.
🎯 Be a Brand Amplifier – Help shape our employer brand by highlighting our AI work on social, GitHub, and community platforms.
• Own the end-to-end pipeline (from sourcing → offer → close)
🧭 Recruit Beyond Resumes – Find people who ship code, automate workflows, and build AI agents — even if their LinkedIn doesn’t say so.
👥 People & Culture Ops
• Design and run onboarding workflows (docs, Slack, dev accounts, first-week roadmap)
• Own tools like Notion, Slack, Gusto/Deel, Loom
• Set up team rituals (intros, offsites, async retros, 1:1s)
• Be the culture glue — observe friction points and fix them
🛠 Systems Building
• Implement a lean hiring system (Ashby, Gem, Notion, Sheets)
• Build automated dashboards and feedback loops
• Track and improve metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and new hire NPS
💡 What You Bring
✅ 2–5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (agency or in-house)
✅ Deep knowledge of the AI, full-stack, and startup engineering landscape
✅ You speak dev — GitHub, LLMs, Docker, LangChain, React, Flask aren’t foreign words
✅ You’ve hired engineers who ship — not just interview well
✅ Bias for speed and quality — you move fast without lowering the bar
✅ You love reading between the lines: you’ve DM’d someone after seeing a pull request or a Hacker News comment
✅ You’re fluent in sourcing tools (Gem, Ashby, LinkedIn, GitHub search)
✅ Bonus: You’ve hired at a Series A/B AI startup or recruited engineers who use LLMs, Copilot, or build autonomous systems
