Job Title: Full Stack Engineer - AI Agent Platform

Our mission is to automate the entire advertising workflow for businesses, creating the “advertiser’s Cursor” — an intelligent, end-to-end operating system for managing and scaling ads across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a sharp and versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our founding engineering team. You will help build the core infrastructure and user-facing experience that powers our AI agent platform, enabling thousands of brands to automate and optimize their ad operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Work closely with the founding team to rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship product features
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate agentic workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Help define architecture and tech stack for new features (from database to UX)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Contribute to a culture of high ownership, speed, and continuous learning

Our Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis
• Infra: AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS), Vercel, Terraform
• Agentic Layer: LangChain, OpenAI, Pinecone, vector DBs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Experience building and scaling web apps using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong product intuition and empathy for users

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with LLMs, LangChain, or building agent workflows
• Background in adtech or marketing automation
• Startup or 0-to-1 experience
• Interest in human-AI interaction design
