🧠 The Role – Product Manager (AdTech)As a Product Manager at AdsGency AI, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, advertising, and user experience. You’ll translate market insights, customer needs, and internal experiments into elegant, fast-moving product decisions.
You’ll work directly with the founders, engineers, and customer success teams to design agent workflows that automate everything from media buying to creative optimization — and make it all feel effortless for the user.
This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define how AI reimagines the future of advertising infrastructure.
🔧 What You’ll Do• 🧩 Define Product Roadmap: Shape the roadmap for AdsGency’s AI automation layer — campaign agents, analytics dashboards, and creative workflows.
• 📊 Deep Dive into AdTech: Understand ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), auction dynamics, and optimization levers to inform product strategy.
• 🧠 Collaborate with Engineering: Partner with LLM and full-stack engineers to design agent tools, feedback loops, and decision interfaces.
• 💬 Own the User Experience: Work closely with design to simplify complex systems into intuitive UX — from setup to insight visualization.
• 🧩 Launch & Iterate: Ship MVPs fast, collect real user feedback, and refine iteratively with data.
• 🚀 Customer Insight Loop: Work with Customer Success to uncover high-impact needs from real advertisers and integrate them into the product.
• 📈 Measure What Matters: Define KPIs for agent performance, user adoption, and campaign ROI.
💡 What You Bring✅ 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS
✅ Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems — media buying, attribution, and optimization logic
✅ Proven track record of taking complex technical products from concept → launch → scale
✅ Data-driven and metrics-obsessed — you think in funnels, LTV, and ROAS
✅ Strong communication and storytelling — you can explain an API feature to engineers and its ROI to executives
✅ Passion for AI, automation, and redefining how marketing teams operate

⚙️ Technical background (engineering, data, or computer science)
