🧠 The Role – Event Planning ManagerAs Event Planning Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of AdsGency’s events — from internal team offsites and product showcases to investor meetups and large-scale community activations.
You’ll be responsible for creating moments that define who we are — uniting our global team, impressing our partners, and positioning AdsGency as the face of innovation in the AI x AdTech ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where creativity meets precision — perfect for someone who loves building experiences that inspire and connect people.
🔧 What You’ll Do• 🎯 Plan & Execute Events: Lead end-to-end planning for company events — offsites, investor dinners, product launches, and conferences.
• 🧩 Coordinate Logistics: Manage venues, vendors, catering, AV, travel, and timelines — ensuring every detail runs flawlessly.
• 💡 Design Experiences: Create events that reflect AdsGency’s brand — fast, bold, aesthetic, and unforgettable.
• 📅 Team Offsites: Plan internal retreats, hackathons, and cultural events that build team cohesion and morale.
• 🤝 Partner & Investor Events: Coordinate strategic gatherings to strengthen relationships and showcase company milestones.
• 📈 Budget & Operations: Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• 📸 Post-Event Storytelling: Capture highlights, coordinate photography/video content, and support brand storytelling across media and social platforms.
💡 What You Bring✅ 3–6 years of experience in event planning, operations, or experiential marketing
✅ Proven track record in executing high-quality corporate or startup events
✅ Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
✅ Creative mindset with a sharp sense of brand aesthetics
✅ Strong communication skills — both with internal teams and external vendors
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities shift quickly
