🧠 The Role – Strategic Partnerships ManagerAs a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead the development of AdsGency’s partner ecosystem — from global ad platforms and creative agencies to enterprise brands, data providers, and AI tooling startups.
You’ll own the process of identifying, negotiating, and scaling partnerships that accelerate AdsGency’s growth — whether through integrations, co-marketing, channel sales, or ecosystem alliances.
This role combines business development, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership, working directly with founders and GTM leads to expand AdsGency’s footprint across industries and markets.
🔧 What You’ll Do• 🤝 Develop Key Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with high-impact partners — ad networks, AI platforms, creative tech, and performance agencies.
• 🌍 Strategic Negotiation: Structure partnership deals and integrations that drive mutual value and revenue growth.
• ⚙️ Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AdsGency into partner platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, APIs, AI tools, etc.).
• 💡 Co-Marketing & GTM: Plan and execute joint go-to-market programs with partners — including events, campaigns, and ecosystem launches.
• 📊 Revenue Enablement: Build and manage referral, reseller, and co-sell programs to expand AdsGency’s enterprise reach.
• 🧭 Market Intelligence: Research emerging players and opportunities in the AI x AdTech landscape to inform partnership strategy.
• 🗣 Thought Leadership: Represent AdsGency at conferences, panels, and ecosystem events — building brand and business presence globally.
💡 What You Bring✅ 4–8 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales
✅ Deep understanding of the AdTech / MarTech ecosystem — including DSPs, agencies, data platforms, and marketing automation tools
✅ Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
✅ Ability to turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes — not just MOUs
✅ Strategic mindset with the execution ability to move deals from concept to launch
✅ Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can speak to both C-suite and engineers
✅ Entrepreneurial drive, bias for action, and comfort operating in 0→1 environments
