🧠 The Role – Enterprise Sales Manager

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll drive AdsGency’s enterprise growth by building and expanding relationships with C-level executives, agencies, and brand advertisers.

This role is ideal for a network-driven, strategic dealmaker who already has connections in the advertising, media, or SaaS ecosystem — and knows how to convert relationships into revenue.

You’ll be the face of AdsGency for enterprise clients, crafting partnerships that redefine how large advertisers adopt AI-driven performance marketing.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• 🤝 Leverage Existing Networks: Use your industry relationships (agencies, CMOs, growth teams, or ad-tech leaders) to open high-value conversations and accelerate enterprise adoption.

• 💼 Enterprise Sales Execution: Own the full-cycle sales process — from outreach and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.

• 🧩 Strategic Account Management: Build multi-year relationships that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy among enterprise clients.

• 💬 Product Storytelling: Communicate AdsGency’s unique AI automation vision clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 📈 Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed pipeline and ARR goals through disciplined sales operations and creative outbound tactics.

• 🧠 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer ROI.

• 🔍 Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from enterprise clients to shape roadmap decisions and positioning.

💡 What You Bring

✅ 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS

✅ A strong existing network of marketing executives, agency partners, or brand advertisers

✅ Proven track record of closing 6–7 figure deals and exceeding revenue quotas

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

✅ Strategic, analytical, and disciplined approach to building a scalable sales funnel

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset — you move fast, think creatively, and close deals without corporate red tape

🧩 Bonus Points

✨ Background in programmatic advertising, DSPs, or marketing automation platforms

⚙️ Experience selling to CMOs, VP Marketing, or Growth teams

💬 Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok for Business ecosystems

🤝 Strong relationships in agency networks (GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, Omnicom, etc.)

🌱 Experience at an early-stage startup driving enterprise GTM from 0→1
