AdsGency AI is an AI-native startup building a multi-agent automation layer for digital advertising.

Our platform uses LLM-powered agents to autonomously launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more — without human marketers in the loop.

This is a high-impact, founder-adjacent role.

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the founders to drive execution across the company, align teams, and ensure that the most important initiatives move forward — fast and correctly.

You’ll act as a force multiplier for the founders: turning strategy into action, chaos into clarity, and ideas into shipped outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, and wants a front-row seat to building a category-defining AI company.

• Act as a strategic partner to the founders on priorities, decisions, and execution
• Translate high-level vision into clear goals, plans, and operating rhythms
• Track company-wide initiatives and ensure accountability across teams

• Design and improve internal operating systems (OKRs, planning cycles, execution tracking)
• Identify bottlenecks across product, GTM, hiring, and operations — and unblock them
• Own cross-functional projects that don’t have a natural owner

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Ops to ensure alignment
• Prepare leadership materials: updates, memos, dashboards, and decision docs
• Ensure communication flows clearly between teams and leadership

• Analyze metrics across GTM, product usage, and operations to inform decisions
• Support fundraising, investor updates, and board materials
• Run special projects: pricing, org design, market expansion, internal tooling

• Help shape company culture, hiring standards, and performance expectations
• Support onboarding of senior hires and ensure fast ramp-up
• Be a steward of execution quality and ownership mindset

✅ 3–7 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or high-growth startups

✅ Exceptional execution and prioritization skills — you know what matters and what doesn’t

✅ Strong analytical ability with a bias toward action

✅ Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

✅ Clear, structured communicator — written and verbal

✅ High trust, discretion, and emotional intelligence

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in 0→1 and 1→10 environments

✨ Prior experience working directly with founders or executives

📈 Background in AI, SaaS, AdTech, or automation

⚙️ Experience building internal processes from scratch
