🎯 The Role — Founding BDR (Outbound)This is not a traditional BDR role.
You’ll be one of the first GTM hires at AdsGency AI, working directly with our VP of sales and founders to build outbound from one → 100.
You’ll own prospecting, messaging, experimentation, and early pipeline — and play a critical role in shaping how this company sells.

🧠 What You’ll Do Outbound & Pipeline Generation- Identify and research ICPs across eCommerce brands, agencies, and performance marketers
- Build outbound lists and run cold email, cold call, and multi-channel sequences
- Book qualified meetings for founders and AEs
- Continuously test messaging, personas, and verticals
- Help define outbound playbooks, sequences, and qualification criteria
- Work with founders to shape CRM, automation, and GTM tooling
- Track conversion metrics and pipeline quality
- Learn how modern teams run ads today — and where automation breaks
- Bring real customer feedback directly to product and engineering
- Help validate which segments show the strongest pull
- Represent AdsGency AI in early conversations, demos, and events
- Educate prospects on AI-native ad operations and agent-based workflows
✅ 3+ years of experience in BDR / SDR / outbound sales, ideally SaaS
✅ Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and rejection
✅ Experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, or similar
✅ Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain complex ideas clearly
✅ High ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
✅ Curiosity about AI, automation, and how systems work

📈 Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok ecosystems
