We’re unlocking the full potential of plant based food using biotechnology. Our technology can:
(1) Improve the protein content of plant based foods. In most cereals about 20% of the protein is trapped in complexes that make them non digestible. Our fermentation technology can break these away and effectively increase the amount of digestible proteins
(2) Make healthier food. We can enrich in specific vitamins and antioxidant while degrading by enzymatic reactions non desirable ones.
(3) Make tastier food. We can do all of the above while actually making the food more delicious.
The Cultured Foods that we produce are all natural, sterile, and no change in consumer behavior is required compared to their non-cultured versions.
