We're looking for a Business Finance Manager to drive Aftershoot's strategic and financial decision-making through sharp analysis, planning, and insights. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize budgets, and help us scale smartly as we expand globally. Responsibilities

• Own company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and drive insights for decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reports that help teams track OKRs and financial health.
• Partner with functional leaders (marketing, product, growth, etc. ) on spend planning and ROI analysis.
• Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Support investor reporting, board decks, and fundraising data.
• Run scenario modeling for growth, hiring, pricing, and expansion.
• Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting for accurate reporting and financial close.
• Help establish finance systems and processes to scale with the business.
  
  

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in business finance, FPA, or strategy roles.
• Strong command over financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and scenario planning.
• Excellent grasp of P& L, revenue models, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.
• Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and cross-functional work.
• Great communication and storytelling skills.
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS or product-led startups.
