We're looking for a Business Finance Manager to drive Aftershoot's strategic and financial decision-making through sharp analysis, planning, and insights. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize budgets, and help us scale smartly as we expand globally. - Own company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and drive insights for decision-making.
- Build dashboards and reports that help teams track OKRs and financial health.
- Partner with functional leaders (marketing, product, growth, etc. ) on spend planning and ROI analysis.
- Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership.
- Support investor reporting, board decks, and fundraising data.
- Run scenario modeling for growth, hiring, pricing, and expansion.
- Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for margin improvement.
- Collaborate with accounting for accurate reporting and financial close.
- Help establish finance systems and processes to scale with the business.
- 4-6 years of experience in business finance, FPA, or strategy roles.
- Strong command over financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and scenario planning.
- Excellent grasp of P& L, revenue models, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.
- Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and cross-functional work.
- Great communication and storytelling skills.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS or product-led startups.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Notion, and QuickBooks.
