🚀Your Mission
We're looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team at Aftershoot. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS, a strong foundation in design thinking, and a passion for shaping design culture from the ground up. You’ll conduct user research, design creative solutions, and collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to drive core product metrics.
🎯What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct primary user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to develop thoughtful, user-centric designs.
- Use data and usability insights to inform and refine design decisions.
- Create and maintain scalable design patterns and systems.
- Communicate design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.
- Continuously iterate on product experiences by integrating user feedback and business needs.
- Champion design-led improvements and advocate for user-first thinking across the team.
- 2–5 years of experience designing SaaS products, with strong proficiency in Figma.
- Deep understanding of product design methodology and lifecycle across platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of technical constraints, especially for desktop platforms.
- Ability to lead design from concept to execution within a user-centered framework.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence design strategy.
- Bonus: familiarity with photography tools like Lightroom, Capture One, or Photoshop.
