About the Role

As a Growth Intern, you will assist the Growth & Marketing team with key activities that help drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth experiments, analyse data, and support campaign execution. This internship is perfect for someone eager to learn hands-on growth practices in a startup environment.

💼 What you’ll do:

  • Support the Growth team in planning, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives across channels (organic and paid).

  • Help with basic paid campaign setup and monitoring (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) under guidance.

  • Assist in tracking key growth metrics and reporting insights to the team.

  • Conduct competitive research and user journey analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Participate in brainstorming ideas for campaigns and experiments.

  • Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams to align on messaging and performance.

  • Aid in growth experiments (A/B tests, optimization of funnels, messaging tests).

  • Support community growth activities and user engagement follow-ups.

🫂What You’ll Bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing, SaaS growth, and data-driven decision making.

  • Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (funnels, KPIs, campaign objectives).

  • Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel; experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog is a plus).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and test new ideas.

  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing or growth is a bonus but not mandatory.
