🚀 Your Mission
As a Lead- Product Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind Aftershoot’s product marketing strategies. Your mission is to connect Aftershoot’s innovative tools with photographers worldwide by leading go-to-market strategies, creating impactful messaging, and driving user adoption. You’ll collaborate across teams to bring new products and features to life while ensuring they deliver value to our customers.
🎯 What You Will Do
- Craft Product Positioning: Define and communicate Aftershoot’s unique value propositions and messaging to resonate with our target audiences.
- Lead Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches, updates, and campaigns that drive business impact.
- Understand the Market: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and gather user insights to inform strategies and highlight differentiators.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on priorities and ensure seamless launches.
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Drive impactful marketing campaigns to increase awareness, new user growth, and adoption.
- Track and Optimize Performance: Use data-driven insights to measure success, report on KPIs, and refine strategies to deliver results.
- Engage with Customers: Foster strong relationships with users, leveraging their feedback to improve marketing initiatives and the overall product experience.
- Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally in SaaS or creative industries.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results.
- Collaborative Leader: Excellent at working across teams to align on goals and deliver results.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding and addressing user needs to create value.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and inform decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively share strategies and results.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with photography or creative industries is a strong advantage.
