Product Manager
AfterShoot
The goal in the early days will be to identify key differentiators to the workflow that will drive users away from existing manual tools. You'll also have to keep in mind the table stakes that already exist in a tool like Photoshop, and figure out the minimum features you'll need to make the transition possible for new users.
Once you've worked with engineering and design to launch an MVP, you'll then collaborate with marketing to create the perfect GTM before shifting focus to scaling the product from 1-n. You'll figure out how to retain customers and avoid getting into a table-stakes battle with existing solutions. You'll also have to navigate bringing the thousands of existing customers onto the new Aftershoot, making sure they continue finding value in the Aftershoot they know and love.
This is a role for someone passionate about user-centric product development, with deep empathy for photographers and the tools they rely on.
