About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can help us bring structure and intent to our sales motion - especially around high-intent leads and outbound campaigns.
We are a product-led company with strong inbound interest. Now, we want to sharpen our lead management, systematically engage high-intent prospects, convert them into revenue, and build thoughtful outbound motions - without becoming process-heavy.
You’ll operate in US time zones and work closely with Growth, Lifecycle, and Product teams to ensure the right leads are prioritized, nurtured, converted, and expanded.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Build & Execute Outbound Campaigns (Top KPI)
- Identify high-value ICP segments and generate pipeline through targeted outreach.
- Run and optimize outbound campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Convert High-Intent Leads (Top KPI)
- Own inbound and high-intent leads end-to-end - qualify, nurture, and convert.
- Improve speed-to-lead and lead-to-close rates.
- Drive expansion and upgrades within the existing base.
- Create Sales Collateral & Decks
- Build compelling sales decks and tailored pitch materials for different audiences.
- Partner with Marketing to refine positioning and storytelling.
- Operate as a Revenue Generalist
- Own conversations from first touch to close.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and share feedback to improve conversion and growth.
- Experience selling into a similar ICP (creators, SMBs, SaaS users, global audience).
- Experience building and executing outbound campaigns.
- Strong track record of converting inbound/high-intent leads.
- Ability to independently create compelling sales decks and pitch materials.
- You are not an SDR who recently became an AE — you’ve owned revenue numbers.
- Comfortable working US time zones.
- High ownership mindset with a generalist approach.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- Data-driven but action-oriented.
