About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Lead who can own and scale our sales motion across inbound, outbound, and expansion revenue.
We are a product-led company with strong inbound interest. Now, through our GTM Studio, we want to sharpen our B2B sales motion by strengthening lead management, systematically engaging high-intent prospects, converting them into revenue, and building thoughtful outbound motions. You’ll work closely with international prospects and global clients, helping us scale a world-class sales engine - without becoming process-heavy.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own inbound and high-intent leads end-to-end, from qualification to close, driving B2B revenue across global markets.
- Build targeted outbound campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach to generate qualified pipeline.
- Grow revenue through upsells, expansions, and strategic relationships with existing international clients.
- Improve speed-to-lead, win rates, and overall pipeline efficiency through strong follow-ups and execution.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and forecasting discipline.
- Create sales decks, proposals, and tailored pitch materials for prospects.
- Work closely with Growth, Lifecycle, and Product teams to improve conversion and messaging.
- Share customer and market insights to strengthen our GTM strategy.
- Proven experience owning revenue targets in a closing role (AE / Sales Lead / Founding Sales / Growth Sales).
- Experience selling into a similar ICP (creators, SMBs, SaaS users, global audience).
- Strong track record of converting inbound/high-intent leads into revenue.
- Experience building and executing successful outbound campaigns.
- Ability to create compelling sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials independently.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- You’ve built systems, not just followed playbooks.
- Comfortable working US time zones.
- High ownership mindset with a builder mentality.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
