Agado Live – a startup transforming the market of digital health, is looking for a senior product UI/UX designer for a challenging project.

Our ideal candidate has the ability and passion to work independently and/or with cross-functional teammates, solve complex product challenges, and design great engaging experiences.

As a Product Designer, you are up-to-date with current UX and UI trends and implementation practices.

You have a holistic approach yet can see and care about the small details.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency designing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, Mobile Web)
• Understand a product’s lifecycle from research through prototyping, design, and usability testing
• Oversee projects from start to finish, collaborate with colleagues focused on product, design, development, QA, and BI
• Hands-on UI design
• Professionally hand off UI and UX to developers
• Quickly iterate on design solutions

What are we looking for

• 5+ years of experience designing user-facing digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills (preferably in the digital health market)
• Broad understanding of usability and user experience principles, specifically for users with disabilities, elderly and non technical users - ADVANTAGE
• Great knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems
• Experience with solving complex product problems
• Academic background
• Confident in working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in order to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Experience working with Figma
