HCP Engagement Manager

Conduct regular visits to doctors' offices for product onboarding, training, and to reinforce the value proposition of our digital solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, especially doctors, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption for healthcare professionals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive product engagement and utilization among healthcare professionals.
Listen to feedback and gather insights from doctors, acting as their advocate within the company to enhance our product and services.
Work closely with the product team to communicate healthcare professionals' needs and contribute to product development and improvement.
Analyze usage patterns, metrics, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and resources that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to healthcare professionals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or digital health industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, especially doctors' roles and needs, to effectively engage and communicate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to understand technical aspects of our digital solutions and effectively communicate their value to healthcare professionals.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with poise and professionalism.
Willingness to travel regularly for doctor visits and onboarding activities.
