Responsibilities:
Analyze patient data, clinical outcomes, and health trends to optimize our health solutions and derive actionable insights.
Use predictive analytics and data modeling techniques to propose improvements in healthcare services.
Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to support our health team in making data-driven decisions.
Conduct regular quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy.
Work closely with AI, product management, and engineering teams to develop data-driven strategies.
Monitor the performance of our applications, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in health data analysis is a preferred qualification, but not required.
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
